Hello, I have a Netbotz 455 but the Advanced view 4.2.0 and the serial utility doesn't find it.
I try to configure by IP and serial but my computer doesn't find it.

Hi Luis,
Try to follow below steps that will help you to configure the NetBotz. if problem is still then go to below link and install the latest software and repeat the first step.
1) go to window start and search " Serial Configuration Utility" then press you will enter the configuration mode.
2) If you didn't find the serial port then you have to check your serial port setting and cable and try with deferent com port.
