My company just bought a few Spot fluid sensors for our Netbotz. At the one site we have Netbotz 420e. The back of this unit has what I would call PS/2 style ports for external sensors but the NBES0301 are cat 5 connectors. I can't find anywhere I can plug this into. Does anyone know if these are not compatible?
We also have an APC ethernet switch model AP9224110. I have tried to plug the NBES0301 into it but don't seem to be able to see it through our appliances.

Jayson,
Attached is the compatible parts for NetBotz v2 appliances (320, 420, & 500). The NetBotz 420 would not be compatible with the Spot Leak Sensor model NBES0301. It would need to be plugged directly into a compatible appliance.
Best Regards,
Cory

Hi Jayson,
NBES0301 is not supported on the older version 2 NetBotz appliances such as 320, 420, and 500 units. They are only supported on the 355, 450, 455, 550 and 570. They are also not supported on Network switches, no sensors are.
There are no connectors that can be used to change the RJ45 to PS2 style connector. If you need a spot leak for an older version 2 NetBotz appliance, you'll need to check resellers for the older version 2 spot leak sensor NBFD0100B.

Thank you both for the quick responses. I am truly shocked by how fast they were. I have let my company know about this and we'll see if we can get the correct units.
