Hi,
My end user is running the v4.6.1 firmware on a Netbotz 355. The appliance is sending multiple email alerts for camera motion. I have confirmed the alert action and alert profile are setup properly but cannot determine why we are receiving more than one alert for the same thing. We can see it in the appliance logs as well that the appliance is sending the email more than once. Note that there are no "return to normal" alerts activated.
