Hi, I'm trying to connect a dry contact cable to Netbotz 355 however it is not visible in advanced view. How do I configure the sensor?
Thank You

Hi Nick,
The sensor should always show up. Is it showing as an incorrect sensor or not at all?
If not at all, have you tried connecting it to other sensor ports?
Have you tried connecting it to another NetBotz appliance if you have one?
If you have other cables, have you tried connecting other cables to this appliance?
Do you have other sensors of other types and do they show up?
Do you have grayed out sensors that you can delete to make sure the appliance is not expecting a different sensor in that port?
You may want to reset the configuration on the appliance and try reconnecting it. The following k-base can help with that.
