Netbotz 250 sensor translation in Data Center Expert client

Hi team, 

The attached screen shot shows a DCE thick client set in french, but with Netbotz 250 sensors displayed into it english. How can I have the Netbotz 250 sensors translated into french ?

Have you logged into the Netbotz with the advanced view configuration software? Select Region - The language selections are there...

Apologies for the delay in responding.

This lack of uniformity or consistency in translation is because localization support was dropped after DCE version 7.5. Elements that were introduced after DCE 7.5 may not have translations.

This is on our radar and we are working to prioritize.

Hi Jackie! It is a big issue for my region too. Please involve me if you need quick and proper translation. I'm very interested to have NB and DCE interfaces in Russian - without mistakes and errors. Thanks. Andrey

Hello @Andy,

The Netbotz 250 is based off of the APC network management card 2, not Botzware, and is not supported in Advanced View.  All configuration is done directly on the web interface, other than initial setup, which may require console access.
