I have setup a NetBotz system with SWCDCE. When I place different device, and sensors on the map, it shows the operating status of the sensor true the icon color. For example, when I have an alarm on the device it is turning to red label color. But when a sensor on NetBotz 250 change the state of the alarm, it doesn’t change the color of the icon it is the same grey color. It writes just that it has an alarm. By this way it is a bit difficult to find the sensor, or device on the map.
Any suggestion?

Hi Gabor,
In order for the NBRK0250 sensor on DCE Map to show the alarm color indication, you will need to set the custom thresholds within DCE, and then you will be able to see the alarm on Map view when the threshold violation occurs.
I hope it helps.

Bala

Hi Guys,
I'm seeing the same thing. The 250 changes color but the sensor does not, at least not without the manual threshold. I'm not sure if this is by design but I'm putting it in as a bug in the system. This doesn't necessarily mean that it'll get addressed but at least it'll get seen.

Thanks, for your replay. My problem was that that I have let the system in maintenance mod, and that’s why it has not shown the correct icon format. Your attached picture helped me. 😀
