Netbotz 250 Device Support in DCE

Hi,

We've noticed that the wireless sensors connected to a Netbotz 250 are not visible in DCE 7.2.7.

Is there a minimum version of DCE required for Netbotz 250 support?

Sorry, I should also add that the Netbotz 250 itself had been upgraded to the latest version of firmware on the APC website

Support for the NetBotz 250 appliance was included with DCE version 7.4.1.
You should contact your local Support to valid your software support contract and provide you with the upgrade links.

I think that we could also provide you with the appropriate updated DDF versions needed for the NetBotz 250 without upgrading to DCE 7.4.1, though an upgrade to 7.4.1 is recommended in general.
