NetBotz wireless Sensor NBWS100H are giving the inactive error
Hi Team,
I have connected the 8 wireless sensor NBWS100H with NBRK 250. All sensors are connected with NetBotz successfully. However, they are giving the inactive error after a few hours one by one and do not return to the normal position. Then we remove the sensor from NB250 and connect again.
Sensor version is 1.06. And NB version is 6.9.6.
Secondly, I have installed the NetBotz wireless sensor update utility to update the firmware of the sensor on Windows 10 and 7. But it's giving the same error on both OS. Please advise.

Hi @shoaibmaqsood52,
Due to the age of that wireless sensor firmware, I definitely agree with your action on getting that up-to-date. You can try running the installation of the program as admin to make sure that it can perform the necessary actions during the installation to be operational. If you still experience an issue with installing the wireless firmware update utility, please reach out to technical support.
If the wireless sensors have been installed for some time or have been in storage for a long period of time before use, the batteries may be giving issues. The wireless sensors take a CR2477 3V battery. Instructions on replacing the batteries can be found in the wireless sensor Installation Manual.
I also recommend updating your NetBotz 250 firmware to v7.0.8, which can be found on the APC.com product page: https://www.apc.com/ae/en/product/NBRK0250/netbotz-rack-monitor-250/
Regards,
Cory

Hello @shoaibmaqsood52,
I just wanted to follow-up on this and see if you were able to resolve the wireless sensor issues and what the resolution was.
Kind Regards,
Cory
