NetBotz pod unplugged failure

Hi I have a NBRK0570 which every night just after midnight or just after 1am i get pod unplugged alarms generated then returns to normal straight after?? any idea??

It looks like it's been a while since you asked about your NetBotz sensor pod reporting it is unplugged every night.

Since the forum hasn't been able to help, I'd suggect that you contact your local technical support for quicker resolution.

If there are no error conditions reported for the entity, the status is normal.
