NetBotz Wireless T/H Sensor Issue

Dear Gents,

Regarding the NetBotz wireless Temp/RH% sensor,
It's noticed in different sites that this wireless sensor goes offline and gives a disconnected alarm and just when we restart it (Turn it Off and On again) it works fine and this happens repeatedly and noticed in more than one site.

And one of these sites there was only qty:2 of this sensor and each one configured on a separate netbotz which are installed in different floors. and the sensors installed on the front door of the rack which the netbotz is installed inside.

So, i'm asking if there is a specific configuration or concerns which should be considered while installation or configuration phases.

If anyone faced this problem before and it had been got resolved or any one have any recommendation or concerns, please advice.

Hi!

Not the same issue, but we have similar problem on one site when sensors lost communication with coordinator.

Placing coordinator outside of the rack where Netbotz is installed with USB extender solve the problem.

At my site, our monitor/coordinator is located in a separate room from the T/H sensors (NBWS100T/H). The sensors are all within 100ft of the coordinator (NBWC100U), but still the sensors have to communicate through double-thick drywall into the next room. Do you think it would be beneficial to add a NBPD0180 as a router in the room with the sensors?

If it's not clear, I'm having similar issues as OP. We still have less than the recommended 48 sensors.
