Hi
I am trying to upgrade the NetBotz Rack Monitor 570 firmware version from 4.4.0 to 4.5.4.
Every time I am receiving the following error message.
We don’t have any camera installed with the system.
I have rebooted the device couple of times even cold boot as well but the error is still there
Kindly help me to sort out this issue

Hi imran.haq,
Can you try reformatting the appliance using the instructions in KBase FA158175. Then try the ugrade again.
You will lose your configuration and any sensor data, but it may be the only way to resolve this.
If that does not work, you can try upgrading the appliance using the TFTP procedure. This is covered in KBase FA176133.

Thanks John
The second procedure (upgrading the appliance using the TFTP procedure) worked for me.
Thanks
