NetBotz, DCE & DCO Licenses Ordering

Hi Team,

I have been recently placing orders for NetBotz, DCE & DCO lincenses and they have been coming on enclosed envelopes. The last order I placed they were packaged on a relatively big box just for two licenses. This increased the freight cost due to volume and most of the time we have to visit customs to prove they are linceses and should be exempted from duty. I am now forced to quote customers with duty just in case.

I am not sure what is the policy, but can Schneider just email the licenses to us once we have placed the order, this can reduce cost and make us more competitive. I believe this is what Microsoft and Karsperskey do to reduce the cost of their licenses.

Apologies if this is the wrong platform to discuss sales issues as I have contacted local Schneider sales team and have been advised this is not possible.

Hi Felix,

Thw current license does not have an option for email, sorry.  We should have new skus available soon however that are only sent via email to make this easier. I have no official release date, I can only say that it should be very soon.

Dear Felix, 

we already have the majority of the part numbers that are digital , this sku's are represented with the DIGI in the end of the part number , this as an example :

SWDCE100NIF-DIGI --> Data Center Expert: 100 Node Infrastructure License Key

SWDCO100ROPS-DIGI --> Data Center Operation: 100 Rack License

Hi Ricardo, Thank you, that means if I next order a license and need it sent to me via email all I have to do is append the letters DIGI at the end of the part number and I don't have to visit customs again. Regards, Felix
