I have a customer with one Netbotz 750 running on 5.2 firmware, however the "unsupported firmware" alarm is showing up on DCE 7.7.1
Wasn't this firmware version supposed to fix that?

Dear Orlando.
Netbotz 750 appliance firmware version 5.2 is the right version to work in DCE 7.7.1 as per the below k-base
https://www.apc.com/dm/en/faqs/FA377507/
If possible, please have the customer to discover the appliance in DCE as per the below k-base document

If you still face an issue, please provide the screen shot of the error message that you see and netbotz appliance fw screen shot.
