Hi Team,
I have customers who forgot the credentials set on their NetBotz 570, after configuration reset we lost the Device monitoring license.
Unfortunately the appliances were registered by staff email accounts who have since left the company.
We therefore can't recover the license, any chance I can share serial numbers of their NetBotz and get assisted on the license retrieval.
Thank you.
Regards

Dear Mashwiz,
Yes, it is possible to recover the license keys if they were registered on dcimassets.schneider-electric.com by Customer Care team or Technical Support team. Please contact your regional technical support team here with the Netbotz appliances serial numbers and their MAC addresses that can be found under Advance View.
Regards,
Bala
