Hi There,
I have configured one NeTBotz 450 before but now i am unable to change its Ip address. i am using console with (Advance View 4.6.2 ) serial configuration utility its getting through the serial configuration and detecting the current ip without GW but when i am trying to add GW and click on save its taking some time and a message "Unable To Change Appliance setting" appears on screen. Can some One Help Me Please to Sort this Matter as the device is already configured with SMS Modem Also.

Hello Nisar Ahmed ,
If you are experiencing issues with the configuration utility, I would recommend connecting communicating directly to the appliance through serial using PuTTy or another serial emulator. Instructions for performing this method can be found in knowledge base FA308010 under the Terminal Emulation section.
