Hi,
I just purchased a NetBotz 250, and configured SMTP to send notifications an alerts to an email address of a group in MS Teams. Test notification to the recipient does not come. After sending to another test email, I see that message sent have the same address as sender, instead of email address configured on Network, DNS preferences. Some email providers treat it as spam, and the message does not appear on the Teams group.
I have other APC devices working under the same scenario.
Is there a way to ensure that sender information is the email address configured instead of repeat the destination email?
Thanks.

Hi @Outpromo,
To ensure this is configured correctly, the email address for this Netbotz should be configured under Configuration -> Notification -> Email -> Server. The "From Address" should be the email address for the Netbotz itself.
Additionally, I would check under Configuration -> Notification -> Email -> Recipients and click the recipient in question to confirm the "From Address" or any custom email server settings that might be custom to that recipient. For any further troubleshooting I would suggest reaching out to your local support to assist on this matter.
Kind Regards,
Andrew
