Since upgrading the firmware on our NetBotz 250 devices the snmp PRTG Sensors are reporting -1% for Humidity and 0 for Temperature for all of our devices but Data Centre Expert is reporting the correct values.
Firmware Updated from App v6.8.0, AOS 6.8.2, Boot v1.0.8 to App v7.0.6, AOS v7.0.6, Boot v1.0.8 Network Management Card Model Number AP9538.
Sensors OID 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1
Humidity 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.6
Temperature 1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.10.3.13.1.1.3
Has anyone else had this issue or similar? All the NetBotz are affected and I am unable to find a copy of the previous firmware to roll back.

Hi @mr12,
The ..318.1.1.10 OIDs are legacy support for the old APC Environmental Monitors (old units from about the era when someone decided modern electronics shouldn't be beige!). It appears this legacy support is drying up.
You should find what you're looking for under the .1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1 tree, which is intended for these UIO sensors. Examples from one I have here:
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.1.1.1 = INTEGER: 1 (uioSensorStatusPortID)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.2.1.1 = INTEGER: 1 (uioSensorStatusSensorID)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.3.1.1 = STRING: "Port 1 Temp 1" (uioSensorStatusSensorName)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.4.1.1 = STRING: "Port 1" (uioSensorStatusSensorLocation)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.5.1.1 = INTEGER: 68 (uioSensorStatusTemperatureDegF)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.6.1.1 = INTEGER: 20 (uioSensorStatusTemperatureDegC)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.7.1.1 = INTEGER: -1 (uioSensorStatusHumidity; this isn't a THM so -1 means not available)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.8.1.1 = INTEGER: 0 (uioSensorStatusViolationStatus)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.9.1.1 = INTEGER: 1 (uioSensorStatusAlarmStatus)
.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.25.1.2.1.10.1.1 = INTEGER: 2 (uioSensorStatusCommStatus, 2=OK)
And for each of these, replace the final .1.1 with .2.1 for the second built-in UIO port.
