NetBotz 200 is not open web page issue
Hello Team,
The NetBotz 200 is not opening their webpage. The netbotz status in struxureware central is normal, and the ping response is ok in cmd. And showing the all sensor are unplugged under device view sensor in struxureware central, but if we edit the connected sensor of Netbotz in struxureware central are showing normal status. All sensors and sensor pod are active and connected with NetBotz200.
The NetBotz is giving the error to connect the console for this issue.
The NetBotz 200 was end of support in 2018. I highly recommend looking into purchasing a replacement, which would possibly be the NetBotz 250 depending on your needs.
If that is okay, check the web protocols that are enabled, if it is only https, you may want to try temporarily enable http to see if it is your computer blocking the connection due to older protocols.
A few additional questions/comments as well:
If you are attempting to launch to the device from DCE, what is the exact error that you are receiving?
If are you attempting to launch to the device from DCE, please try accessing the device directly (if not on the DCE private network).
If you can provide any additional information, I may be able to provide further guidance.
