Hello,
I have discovered the 9 Netbotz 750 in DCE with the same firmware (5.2.1). Only one Netbotz 750 is giving the below error in DCE.
Failed to authenticate with the device API. As a result, the device may fail to show any connected cameras.

Follow the info on how to transfer certs between the DCE and NetBotz or how to use no verification.
Additionally, I have noticed that in DCE if you have too many wild cards when it comes to this part:
Device menu --> NetBotz Appliance Communication Settings --> NetBotz Appliance Credentials
It may not work. I recommend adding an individual entry with the specific IP of the unit you're having an issue with.
Additionally, if you have added a secondary user and are using that user instead of superuser for the "NetBotz Appliance Credentials" in DCE, please make sure that this user has logged into the NetBotz appliance directly at least once.

use FAQ link from @APC_Steve ....your DCE is set to verify netbotz certificate(by default is self signed and cannot be verified)

Hi, after applying /netbotz_app/factory_reset.sh in SSH console mode, NB and DCE are working fine.
Before, there was the error Failed to authenticate with the device API..... and unable to discover a camera
After factory reset, NB discover camera and error disappear.
