After a reboot of my x600m ControlByWeb environmental monitor controller DCE status is now failed.
What can be done to resolve this?
The web dashboard that used to have all my monitoring points now show as "unplugged"

Looks like it thinks communication has been lost. However I can ping and reach the IP of the controlbyweb through my browser..
It is just DCE not able to communicate with it for some reason?

Dear Scott Duong,
From your question:
Looks like it thinks communication has been lost. However I can ping and reach the IP of the controlbyweb through my browser..
DCE-server communicate with your x600m ControlByWeb by SNMP protocol. Therefore, you need to check whether SNMP communication settings on your x600m ControlByWeb device have not changed after reboot (I assume, that you did not change anything on the DCE-server).
With respect.

Dear Scott Duong,
Judging from the screenshot, you use the SNMPv3 protocol. Please show a screenshot of the SNMP configuration for your x600m ControlByWeb device from the DCE-server.
What version of DCE-server? You can reboot your DCE-server (understand me correctly). Your problem sounds very similar to the problem from the topic :
I am running the latest 7.5.0 Expert and monitoring 3rd party devices such as Cisco UCS M3 rack mount servers and ServerTech PDUs via SNMPv3.
I experienced that after these devices management interfaces rebooted I lost communication in DCE. Of course there was no any SNMP related setting change on the device itself.
I cannot see anything in the DCE logs about it.
Just for fun I rebooted the complete DCE server and after that communication with these 3rd party device came back to normal.
Is there any chance to solve this problem?
With respect.

We are running DCE 7.4.1.
I just rebooted the DCE server and have received communication with my x600 device again!
Thanks so much!

You solved this problem - it's good 😀.
But everyone understands, that this is not a good only temporary solution until the next similar incident. After all, not many end customers can just reboot the DCE-server...
With respect.
