Hi Haider,
You or your client need to contact your local Technical Support in order to validate their Software Support Contracts, and receive the upgrade links. The customer must have a valid support contract in place in order to receive these links.

Just to add to John's comment, the licenses won't be lost. You can always use these keys on this server. An upgrade maintains the licenses. A restore would require that you have a copy but the customer should have a login to the https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com/ site and if not, tech support should be able to assist.
