Multiple AP9630/31's In PX-80

When you have multiple NMC's in a PX - in my case I have 3, each in support of an independent network, how do all 3 interact with each other?  Some sample questions:

• If there is a power outage, and all 3 are configured to turn the UPS off after the attached PCNS clients are finished, does the UPS turn off only after all 3 cards try to do a shutoff, or just the first one to try shuts it off?
• If I issue a command on one card to shut the PCNS clients down on one network, is there any impact on the other two cards in the UPS?

And that is just a few questions.  Looked on the APC site for any kind of guide, but couldn't find one.

Can't.  Independent networks at different security classification levels.
