Thanks, but we have in Argentina 3x380v 50Hz (3 phases and neutral conductor, like Europe), all of ours power panels (or PDU panels) have 380v inputs and mixed between 220v (1 phase and neutral) and 380v (3 phases plus neutral) outputs. we have connected to this power panels´s outputs monitoring PDU (AP8853 220v)
how is the best way to model this panels?

Hi
I am not quite sure if I understand you question, so here is a simple answer - please ask again if it does not help:
When connecting a rack PDU like the AP8853 to a power panel (or PDU) you have the choice of using a single phase breaker or 3 phase breaker (provided you have added both types to you genomes), for both breaker type DCO assumes there also is a neutral line - e.g. L1 means L1 to neutral.
If you choose a single phase breaker DCO knows the corresponding phase-to-neutral voltage and is going to use that instead of the 3 phase voltage.
In your case - as long you have defined the output voltage of the power panel to be 380V - you will get 220V on the single phase rack PDU, provided that you have defined 220V as a possible output voltage on that rack PDU.
Kind Regards,
Gert
