The latest version of DCE-7.5.0 software knows only such standard units of measurement of the speed of movement of air or liquid:
Therefore, for air it should be like this:
num literspermin
or
num literspersec
And, for a liquid it should be like this:
num fluidliterspermin
The standard unit of measure m3/h above the specified DCE software is not supported ☹️. Instead, several other units of measurement are supported:
You can create the corresponding Feature requests, and it is possible that this will be implemented, for example in future versions of DCE software. I, for one, hope so too 😀.
