MAC address not found on EcoStruxure IT and EcoStruxure IT gateway

Hi Team,

I've been using EcoStruxure IT and EcoStruxure IT gateway for more than 3 months and I can't find where the MAC address field is located for each UPS we are monitoring. Can someone please help me?

I checked around and I do not believe that the MAC address is currently displayed anywhere.  I'll reach out to product management and engineering and submit a feature request for you.

The "Display MAC adresse" request is top of the 2025Q2 development. I expect the teams to start working on this in March of 2025.

Thanks for the update - I completely forgot about this.

I needed the MAC address of a device the other day, which is why I have an Excel spreadsheet to track APC UPS / NMC3 / ESIT license deployment.  (And that's sad, really...)
