Hello all,
I have been updating our Netbotz rack monitors and so far when I come from 5.2.1 to 5.4.1.5027 (via 5.3x) I have lost access to the GUI both times.
I've run the commands to clear the database, restart clubber, and even factory reset but I can't seem to restore the web GUI. The only access I have is SSH.
I noticed that prior to the update there were three files in the landing folder (/home/root😞 config.ini, config.ini.backup and ddf.zip. Post update there is only ddf.zip and nohup.out.
config.ini contains the general settings including network and SNMP details. Is it helpful to edit that file from a working monitor and replace it there?
Or is there a better way to restore the GUI?

Also, I wondered - without the web GUI - is there anyway to roll back the last upgrade?
Something like active partition options where the previous version is in the other partition.
