We got the flowing errors a lot of time in day .
We have raised the timeout and others value too .
In additional I upload the log file from dcserver.logo .

Boris. I assume "testing" to the DCE server from the DCO server works?
You noted you increased the timeout values in the below screen. Is 600 seconds the maximum value you've used?
If yes, please increase this value to something much greater, like 1800 seconds. I'm going to direct email you some instructions for setting some debug information on the DCE server so we can see if DCE will tell us how long the query from dce is actually taking.
Also, if the query from DCE is taking a while, over 600 seconds for example, then you may want to consider increasing the polling time settings in the top portion of this panel. If DCO is polling DCE for device and power data every 5 mins (300 seconds) as stated in your screenshot but DCE is taking over 10 mins (600 seconds) to respond, then DCO is repeatedly asking for data from DCE faster than it can provide a response.
