I'm having issues logging on. After entering the correct username and password, the software states "Server version not compatible with client" Has there been a system upgrade that doesn't communicate with our system? or is there something else I need to do to get access? about 1 month ago, I had no issue logging on.

When using SBO Workstation to connect to an Automation or Enterprise server, the versions of the servers and workstation client must be the same. If your system has recently been upgraded you can download the correct version of workstation here:

If you are unsure of what version of SBO your current AS or ES is running, then using your web browser type in the IP address of the server you are attempting to connect to. The login page should have the version.
