I have been continually getting this error in DCE. Can someone explain?

Hi Christopher,
This is most likely caused by a system/device that was once receiving web service events from your DCE using the Web API has been disconnected from your LAN.
You would need to reconnect the system/device and unsubscribe or reboot your DCE to clear the subscription.
