Hi!
I'm about to register a 100 node license for DCE with a One-time Passcode i've recieved on a paper.
The activation instructions says that i need to login to register.netbotz.com, but when i do that i get redireced to https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com/. I've tired to use the "Revieve Asset"-button but with no sucess.
How do i do?

Hi Henrik,
That redirect is correct. The netbotz page is old and out of date:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA235913
The first thing you need to do is to register the DCE server. Once done, you can click on the newly registered server and redeem passcode. That should provide you with a license key. For more detail, please see the following knowledge base document:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA299045
Thanks,
Steve

Hi,
Thank you for your help! I now manage to register our DCE server and the AP95100 license.
But now comes the problem when i try to add the license key into DCE, it says:
"StruxureWare DCE Virtual Machine Pack Licence key must be installed prior to adding the SW DCE Device Pack license key"
But when I try to register a AP94VMACT key in dcimassets.schneider-electric.com it says:
"The parent/child relationship between these products is inactive. Please contact support to determine the correct parent product type to which this passcode may be applied."
Is the AP94VMACT the wrong license?

Hi Henrik,
At this point, I'd suggest contacting your local technical support directly. They'll likely need the passcode, mac address, etc., to access your account and troubleshoot the issue. They may need to delete the old passcode and create a new one, I can't be sure. We don't want to be passing that info over the open forum though, that's why I suggest contacting support directly.

P.S.
AP94VMACT is the correct activation key / passcode.
