Wow. So what would you advise i do?. 83.6% of the available 4GB storage space has already been used up and we still have some devices to add.

Dear ADEKUNLE AGBOKE,
Please tell us about what logs you ask?
Are you interested in event logs for devices, that are monitored by the DCE-server? Or are you interested in logs of access and user actions in the DCE-clients and/or web-GUI? Or are you interested in the internal system logs of the DCE-server?
With respect.

Hi,
I mean the internal system logs of the DCE-server. E.g. i want to be able to pull temperature, humidity, power data on the GUI of DCE but from a backup file

Dear ADEKUNLE AGBOKE,
From your comments:
I mean the internal system logs of the DCE-server. E.g. i want to be able to pull temperature, humidity, power data on the GUI of DCE but from a backup file
Regarding terminology: the internal system logs of the DCE-server have nothing to do with devices, their sensors and alarms. Internal system logs of the DCE-server are the logs of the OS and DCE-server software and no more.
E.g. i want to be able to pull temperature, humidity, power data on the GUI of DCE but from a backup file
This is absolutely impossible, since what you want is not stored in any logs. Temperature, humidity, power data, etc. of the devices are written and stored exclusively in the embedded relational database of the DCE software.
Of course, this embedded relational database is saved in the full backup of the DCE-server. But this does not mean, that this database can read the DCE-client from the full backup of the DCE-server.
If you have more questions, please ask.
With respect.

Hi,
If your storage space is getting near it's maximum, add an extra drive to your DCE VM (no NOT increase the current drive size!!!). You can add another drive that can be as big as you want...say 100G or 1TB.
