Hi. I've had a DDF request in since May. That was 11 weeks ago. Can I ask that someone in 3rd party support have a look please.
I'm having a problem with my Cummins PC2100's and BTPC's being properly recognized by the existing powercommand500_550 ddf.

Hi Brian,
I just got back from vacation, and I see on my request that it now says "In Development". Last email I sent to Glenn was mid August. I don't see an option in the device request for me to contact Glenn, so was just wondering what the latest on this is. Is this a long process once it hits development? Tnx!

You guys still alive out there? I haven't heard from Glenn in well over a month (Oct 15th). I sent you an email a week or so ago to ask if Glenn is still working on it based on the info I last sent him, and I haven't heard back from you either.
I've had the request in since May, and I really need this resolved. I just need to know where this is at, at the moment.
