Issues after restart the DCO.

Hei All,

i have some issues, i think is a bug, that when i put patch panels into a rack, and restart the app, the panels that i installed are located in a different position as i put it on the begining. somes are on the rear side, and other are in the front. have you knowledge about this issue?

Hi Carlos,

Sometime ago a similar problem had been reported by another user (DCO 7.5) and I think it is fixed in our latest version(s), currently DCO 8.0.2.

I guess you might be running one of the old versions, if so it is highly recommended to “upgrade” the product to the latest version (contains huge enhancements).

As a current work-around, you might want to disable/uncheck the front mounting option, so the device could stay rear mounted.
