Hi,
To monitor InRow ACRC301S and H in DCE, I use the DDF file name "schneider_acrc301.xml" version 3.
When I associate these InRow to their genome model in DCO, the temperature and cooling power don't recover by DCO.
Is there a new version of the DDF file that corrects the issue ?

Hi Davy,
Currently, I believe when we are associating a CRAC in DCO, we only get the device alarms and no other data. If you are seeing the device temperature sensors in DCO (it would be something like "Unit Return Air Temperature" and "Unit Supply Air Temperature"), then try to drag and drop them to your model, that would give you the temperature info in DCO.
Kind regards

Hi Jef,
Thank you for your answer. You're right, I misspoke. What I meant is that the "sensors" in "Device association" like "Unit Return Air Temperture" ans "Unit Supply Air Temperature" are missing in DCO with InRow ACRC301S and H.
For example (in french), the InRow ACRC103 in DCO :
These 2 sensors are missing for the InRow ACRC301S and H.

Hi Davy Many thanks for the clarification. Most likely you need new ddf file(s), so I would suggest that you run this with the multivendor/device support team (via ADD MY DEVICE) and add the following comment in your request: As described in the following page: http://dcimsupport.apc.com/display/DCIMDEVELOPER/DCE+Sensor+Mapping+to+DCO (from DCO side) the DDF file(s) expected to contain the following Temperature Sensors: EXTERNAL_TEMPERATURE SUPPLY_AIR_TEMPERATURE RETURN_AIR_TEMPERATURE INTEGRATED_TEMPERATURE Kind regards
