Is there a way to capture video from NetBotz 750 appliance.

I have a appliance 750 and 2 165 pod cameras... is there a way to download any of the captured footage, so i can retain it and is not getting deleted in 4 days?

Hi,

The NetBotz doesn’t save images as a video format, they are a set of stills.
1. Go to the event alarm.

2. Select the required camera name the images are required from.

3. Select requires filter, “All” will load all saved images.

4. The images can be downloaded from the bottom of that page. Refer to downloads.

5. Alternatively, you can press the “Play” button to see the images within that series. 

This will roll through the images saved in this series

I have a appliance 750 and 2 x  165 pod cameras... but i am unable to view video(Error loading videos) ....is there a way to activate it or reset the error ?
