I am using DCE and set up a scheduled report to export to e-mail, but I see it only comes trough in a zip file with a txt document. Is there a way of setting this up to just send in .csv?

Hi Quinton,
The email files are always set up to be sent as zip files with the report being in .txt extension format. This is by design. When the report is emailed (comma, delimiter option), you can rename the file from a .txt extension to a .csv extension and you will then be able to open this report in Excel.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
B

Hi Breda
That's exactly what i was doing but it takes a lot of time to do if you have numerous reports to rename, that's why i asked if there isn't an easier way to get it to .csv. If I had to export it to a windows folder would it also save in .txt?
