The Pelco Camera Model Number is IMP121-1IS ,more information show below.
The Netbotz model number is NBRK0570, Netbotz version v4.5.4,,more information show below.
Is this netbotz 570 compatible with the IMP121-1IS ?

Check this knowledge base article/FAQ for which Pelco model cameras that are supported with NetBotz units -> http://www.apc.com/us/en/faqs/FA158450
I do not see this model listed and it appears to be Sarix Pro? There is also a note at the bottom explaining how we can no longer support Sarix Pro models due to a problem/change on the Pelco side.

According to the notes of FA158450 ,Maybe Pelco Sarix Pro were originally listed as supported.
Did you know more about the Pelco firmware information and the netbotz Firmware ,when the Sarix Pro was compatible with Netbotz early?

Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we support the IMP121-1IS Pelco camera. Please see the supported models of Pelco Cameras and their tested firmware versions which can be found within our knowledge base that I have linked below:
