Whenever we schedule an export the attached zip file contains a text file. We have comma as our delimiter in the export settings. It would be much preferable to have the file appear as a csv as Excel will then recognize it as such without further input from the user.

Hi Dominic,
It is by design at the moment that the emails are sent using a zip file.

Hi Dominic,
Apologizes for not being clear on the previous answer. No there is no way to change this with the current system at the moment for scheduled email exports. They are emailed as zip files with .txt contained in them.

Breda

Breda,
Thanks for the reply. It's not the zip file that's the issue, it's that the zip file contains a .txt file instead of a .csv file. Is there any way to change that, particularly as you can export to .csv manually from a report?
