Hi Mian Aqeel,
Is is possible someone connected the wrong type of sensor to that port 6, before the AP9335TH was connected? Was is always like this or after someone made some changes?
You could try just deleting that sensor in Advanced View. Also, try rebooting the 570 itself.
What version of BotzWare is it on?
Regards

Hi Mian Aqeel,
If you disconnect the AP9335TH from port 6, you should have the option to remove the associated sensors in Advanced View then.
You can check the version of BotzWare in Advanced View by clicking on the About button.
The latest version 4.5.3 can be downloaded below.
