Hi Roberto, Unfortunately the request is not completely clear to me, so I was wondering if it would be possible for you to add more description and screen capture(s) to illustrate the issue/request, thanks.

I understand you. I agree with you, a route is not inherently directional. Don't select a device. DCO list all routes. In the last screen, if you filter by "R32TLF" (Catalyst 2960), DCO doesn't find 13 ports, missing one (see the first screen capture, "MACROLAN R"). The destination items are (devices connected to the "R32TLF"): "CORE P1" (Catalyst 4507), patch panels and "MACROLAN R" (Cisco 2821). do you understand my question? Thanks

I understand your issue now. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this is to delete the cable in question and add it again using the graphical network cable tool, making sure that you click on the start and end items in the right order.

Hi Roberto,
There isn't actually a direction stored per route. The view you are looking at determines the start and end items based on your selection. So on a route from A to B, if you select A, A will be shown as the start item, whereas if you select B, B will be shown as the start item. When you select an item (e.g. a patch panel) that is part of a route (but not an end item), there are various other rules applied (distance to item, front or back port, etc.).
Given that a route is not inherently directional, I would like understand the basis for your request. Could you please explain a bit more as to why and in what situations you wish to switch the display of the end items?
Regards,
Torben
