Dear All,
Is it possible that DCO Change module integrates with Ivanti ticketing system or there's any successful case with it?
https://www.ivanti.com.sg/products/itsm-integration
One of my client asking where this is possible to do or not?
Best Regards,
Law

Hey TJ,
Possibility is always there,as long as there is api on the system for integration,e.g web service 🙂
No, I have not heard, nor integrated dco with ivanti.
You'd want to prepare the expected flow, something along:
1.start with itsm,
2. then go to dco for add/move/remove via dco change,
3.then go back to itsm.
You can get CSP team to quote you for the integration /development cost once you have details.
Regards,
Chris

Yes, this would seem to be a project you should engage with the CSP team as Chris already mentioned.
