Integrate Netbotz 250A on DCE V6.0.3

I am trying to integrate Netbotz 250A on DCE V6.0.3 via SNMP and DDF of Netbotz 250, I have checked and tried many ways but all failed, DCE cannot see Netbotz 250A.

So is there any solution to this problem and does Netbotz 250A have its own DDF file? I searched on https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com but there is no DDF of Netbotz 250A

Looking forward to receiving your support
Thanks all!

Hi @thienlq250997,

If I read that correctly you are currently on DCE version 6.0.3?  I don't remember v6.0.3 being a release for DCE, but if you are on a version that old I highly recommend you reach out to technical support to have software support verified and discuss upgrade options.  Please note that anything prior to version 7.9.X of DCE is unsupported per our End of Life Policy, but can still be upgraded to any newer version supported by that hardware as long as complete active software support is in place.

When reaching out to technical support to discuss upgrade options, please note that your server is likely too old to come up to the most recent version, as defined in 7.9.X and newer server hardware requirements.  Version 6.X of DCE was around the 2011 timeframe.

The NetBotz 250 and 250A utilize the same DDF which can be found on the DDF site by searching NetBotz 250.  This DDF comes by default on newer Data Center Expert versions, but can be added to older versions by importing the DDF file.

Regards,

Cory
