Informative alarms are being presented "Lost of communication in devices" (when I refer devices are: UPS, PDU, ATS A ° A °, etc), but when I access by web or I do ping it is the opposite. In other words, they are false alarms. I would also like to ask you if you have the DDF for Air Conditioning UNIFLAIR AMICO Models SUAV0601A and the SDAV0601A that uses the web card: pCOWeb Carel.

Hi Andreas!
DCE communicate with devices via SNMP protocol.
You should check your network restrictions about SNMP.
It possible that communication via http or ICMP (ping) is allowed, but other protocols are restricted.
Also you should check if SNMP community configured in DCE settings are the same on NMC cards.
DDF for uniflair you can download following this link: https://ddf.ecostruxureit.com/
Type Amico in search field and choose needed file

I have added the ddf, but the Air Conditioning is recognized by the DCIM as the model UG40 / MP40, is it correct?

Hi Andres,
To add to Valentin's reply about the DDFs, you will need either of these 2 DDFs, depending on whether you need SNMP or Modbus.
