Hi.
There are some incorrect values displayed from the device, the first is an UPS, the sensors are unavailable but in the client show very high values.
the second are some ATS ASCO that display incorrect values in the client.
Regards.

Dear Ernesto González,
How long have you had this problem?
Did such incorrect values always exist or did they appear after some actions?
Where did you get the DDF-files for your equipment? If from the web-page Device Support, then I recommend you to do make the corresponding Request modification as it is visible on my screenshots:
And...
In any case, you can find your equipment on the above web-page and click the I WANT IT TOO button. And within one or two business days you will be sent a web-link with an instruction to download the required DDF-file. Try it.
I hope this helps you.
With respect.

Dear Ernesto González,
Please clarify the vendor/model of the problem UPS and ATS, as well as the versions of the DDF-files in your DCE software (what version of the DCE software?), which are used in this case.
The more you provide information, the faster you will be helped 😀.
With respect.

Hi.
problems with the UPS only appear when the sensors turn off, they immediately show high values.
With the ATS, I requested the modifications of the DDF
Thanks for the support

Dear Ernesto González,
Indeed, because the value of 59012.6F = 32767C. A value of 32767 generally means no sensor connected.
In any case, thank you for the feedback 😀.
With respect.

Dear Ernesto González,
I would like that when the sensor is not active it will show a zero value
The fact is that it is correct to say "the sensor is connected or disconnected".
If the sensor is physically connected, it is powered and it is working, it shows some real value, for example, even 0C (this should also be normal).
If the sensor physically disconnected, no powered, or it is defective, the DCE-server displays the maximum possible integer number, which is 32767.
Why this happens in you, it is necessary to find out specifically with your UPS, and to check the normal working of its sensors and components.
With respect.
