Hi, All,
I added some in-row coolers in DCE and put the Unit Power (Watts) of each In-Row Cooler on DCE map view. For some reason, the In-Row Coolers in running mode have 0 W Unit Power, but the In-Row Coolers in Standby mode have 56 W Unit Power. Has anyone seen this before? My client would like to monitor the In-Row Coolers power usage (Watts) from DCE.
Thanks,
James

Hi James,
Never mind about the firmware. I spoke with the cooling support folks and apparently this is a known issue on the unit. I am told they are working on it but I do not have an exact ETA on the next firmware release which should have the fix.
Thanks,
Steve.

Hi James,
I'm unsure what should be output for these values in these states but your comments seem logical. I'm going to check with the folks in the cooling department but If you could please provide me with the firmware info on the network management card in that unit and any unit firmware that may be available.
Thanks,
Steve
