Hi James,

As illustrated, the template file can be created via: File > Import > "Manual Power Measurements from Excel Workbook", ... "Create template file" feature:

manual import and creating the template file would need that ETL import database has been setup already. It is worth to mention that a template file could be created based on the selected room ("Choose external system") - if the room should contain associated devices (such as PDU getting its measurements from DCE), then those devices may not appear in the template file.

Kind regards

Thanks Jef Faridi, have got the template file now.

The documentation on the website seems to suggest the file is already on the DCO server, maybe this could be modified with what you have supplied above.

Thanks for pointing out the unclarity in the documentation James. I've updated it to try to explain better that the file is automatically created and includes the current data in your solution on the server when you click Create template file... I hope this clarifies it for you and other users.

Pernille Bagger Nielsen and Jef Faridi good to see the documentation updated.  I have successfully now setup the process and imported power data.

One last thing to note is it would be good on the export/import Excel file to show the connected device on the breaker.  So at the moment my file looks like this

It would be good to have another column that said connected device (power consumer) with the name of said device, like in the Breaker Panel tab of a Power Panel
