I have a PUE dashboard configured in ITA and can start it on the desktop client, but I have no dashboards on the webclient.
Is that a configuration thing?

In this case, it is not permission related (Keec also confirmed he has admin permission). As illustrated, this is currently license related:

It can be configuration related - you might also want to try a different browser (such as Chrome) just in case.

It might be user permission related. You might want to check the users 'Global Permissions' settings.

Hi Keec,
Then most likely license related, so you do not have the Capacity license installed on your setup. To verify the installed license(s), in web-client, go Administration > Licenses
should display the installed licenses.

Hi Jef,
I don't have a Capacity Licence.
So the desktop client does it without this license?
Or is this a legacy from DCO?

Thanks for the clarification. I also just restored a backup without capacity module into ITA 9.2.0 and it's showing the same issue.
