Hello Gianluca

This page from the help center describes the steps to create an ETL export database onto a SQL server database https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007453917-ETL-export-to-MS-SQL-Server

ITA has a built-in servicenow connector for the servicenow cmdb. Information can be found here https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360037365533-ServiceNow-Asset-Management-Conn...

Information about the ETL export schema can be found here: https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360007339797-ETL-export-database

The above servicenow connector pulls data from servicenow into ITA. It should work with ITA 9.1.4 and newer releases. Customers wishing to update servicenow based on data in ITA would likely have to create an integration from the servicenow side so that data can be pulled into the service now platform from either ITA REST api's or pulling data from an ETL export database. Most customers wanting this type of integration do so with an engagement with our ACS (advanced customer services) team.

Hello Gianluca

ITA has REST apis and ETL which can be used to export data from and import data into ITA.

If the customer is not comfortable using an ETL export database on the ITA server because they are not comfortable with PostgreSQL, ETL Export databases do not have to reside on the ITA server. The platform has the ability to export data to MS SQL server and Mysql as well as a remote postgres database.

Regards

Greg Sterling

What type of example are you looking for?

A SQL query from data in an export database?

Regards

Greg
