ITA Estimated Power

When doing capacity planning in ITA some of the racks stop showing the power estimates once the changes have been saved. this is not on all racks just some. How can I change this so all racks show estimated power requirements after saving the changes.

How do you mean by doing capacity planning in ITA?
You might want to check if the rack pdus in those racks have power path configured. There will be no power capacity info if the rack pdus (in a rack) not connected to power path.

We don't have the physical hardware we have the hardware list. I added it to the racks in ITA so I could get the boiler plate calculations. As add the hardware I seed the estimates. Once I save the changes the estimates are no longer there. The rack PDUs are listed in DCE and ITA all of which I can access. This does not happen on all the racks.

No, I am not able to provide screen shots. What happens is I add the hardware and get the usage indication on the rack when looking at the server room floor plan. When I save the changes, the rack no longer shows the power usage. It is as if i never added the hardware.

Can you confirm which ITA version you are running?
