Hi,
Since the upgrade of our IT Advisor on hosted, firefox fails to load the racks and chromium fails to load the servers. All I get is a spinning blue circle when trying to open the elements, I have not found a workaround at this moment. Any suggestions?
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Hello Sebastian. Sorry to hear you are experiencing this problem.
Please give this a try to see if the experience improves. I'll provide instructions for chrome, but its possible to take similar steps with firefox and other browsers. I'm essentially going to ask you to delete the session token/cookie for ITA.
* Logout of ITA
* From the chrome browser, open the settings menu (the three vertical dots near the top right side of chrome)
* Choose settings from the drop-down menu
* Select Privacy and Security -> Third Party Cookies -> See all site data and permissions
* In the cookie list, locate the cookie for your ITA server and delete it.
Now re-try logging into ITA and let us know if the experience improves.
Regards
Greg Sterling

Hi Sebastian.

Hi,
So now in Chromium I can see all the server information when I select Elevated view for the rack, but under firefox it is still the same (Mozilla Firefox for Fedora version 119.0)
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Hi Jef,
My apologies, I thought as it was a hosted site it was publicly accessible information.
Kind regards,
Sebastian

Confirming. You are still then experiencing problems viewing racks in the rack view or rooms using Firefox?

I cannot load the floor view in firefox, so cannot even get to the elevated view with the rack components.
